This is an excellent paint program! It offers more than what paint does and it is fast to download. I would recommend it to anyone wanting try try something different than your regular paint program. Its not even that expensive if you want to keep it forever.

Looks like a toy photoshop and it does have those powerful features such as layered image, lots of filters and even painting tutorial clip playing.
