I've used WS_FTP LE (Lite Version) for years, then went to Filezilla (also very good, but a bit more sophisticated than what I need). I really like WinSCP. NO install problems on my Vista pc (And I hate Vista), easy to use and free (and easy to uninstall if necessary). Tough to beat those conditions.

I use WinSCP in a mixed Linux Windows environment, for secure file transfers, and file management from Windows to a Linux box. It is also used for loading addons to an IPCop firewall. The user interface is as good as it gets, and the program is rock solid. Only downside is instalation is quite involved. If you want a simpler but less flexible SFTP client look at FileZilla it is also excellent
