I have used this software for a few years. It has alwasy been somewhat buggy. I have pretty much just dealt with the issues and used the barebones features. Support used to be helpful in getting problems resolved. Lately support has been very bad. I am going to replace this product. The problems were bad enough when I could get them fixed -- now I can't get help or get them fixed, I'm done.
