Very well thought out, and comprehensive. The grabbing of distinctive ring in spite of TAPI's lack of support for it is truly ingenuous! The ability to define scripts makes it very flexible. Easily the best phone system software I've seen in a long time.

The evaluation program seemed to work, although the greeting "voice" wasn't high quality. I agree totally with the other review; BEWARE! This company has NO technical support and NO goodwill. When the registered version trashed out, the reply was, "It is not usable with you (sic) particular modems and your particular settings. If you have read Troubleshooting, you should know what to you do." When I asked for a refund, they refused. STAY AWAY and use something like .. or ...

Very poor tech support. This product does not work well with some USR external modems. I had to put this transaction into dispute with my credit card company in order to attempt to get my money back. I have since found other products that have the same features that work better. Pity I did not know this at the time of purchase.
