Easy to use, but can be slow.
The program is capable of creating some amazing slide shows. The ability to include video clips on the menu screen gives the presentations a professional appearance. One reviewer commented on the lack of templates but it does come with around 80(including the free extra content download)and you can modify them to a limited extent(change backgrounds etc.) I found them sufficient. The program is extremely slow when using the transition and other effects. Even burning a rather small presentation of around 2 gig took about 2 hours so a single layer DVD (4.7 GB) would probably take about 8 hours! So make sure the show is right before burning. True it is quicker when you don't use these effects but then why would you use this program if you didn't use them? Ulead should be more upfront about this. It's not a huge drawback as long as you are aware that any project may be an overnight affair(even longer on a dual layer DVD).

Pretty to look at, but not much more
One aspect of this software you never see mentioned anywhere; the burn time for a decent sized project. Without audio, a basic slideshow of 600 photos with transitions on an 8x DVD burner is about 17 hours. Talk about excessive! Lack of template variety is a negative as well. This app has great potential, but comes up short in my book. Too easy to make mistakes, and the burn time makes correcting errors a truly depressing prospect.
