Excellent, but for one small bug.
Very nice launcher. Small and with no installer. Has many good features. Won't slow computer down or change the registry. Only one problem, when you point to the icon in the system tray, the popup menu won't close without selecting something. Other than that, I highly recommend this small and useful application.

Really good addition
I just thought this was not needed because i have stick, launchtab, hotkeys, etc but i do and it's a nice thing to have around, and it also supports folders, and it's definitely not intrusive at all, I made a couple batch files to launch programs quickly, and a few shortcuts to my favorite programs in one folder so yeah, this is well worth it.

Definitely two thumbs up!
With all the programs I am running, this little tool is nothing but perfect. I am definitely giving this little gem a "5 Star Rating" all across the board!

Nice program
This is a handy little utility that does what it was written to do and does it well. I cannot find any little annoyances here. I am particularly impressed with the "shell context menu" option. With this box checked you can add any program to your menu without having to drag and drop. Several nice features make this user friendly program a winner with me. :-)

Very good app launcher
This is a good application launcher. I just wished it supported drag and drop of shortcuts to build your menu.

Traybar
I read one of the other reviews of TrayBar and I noticed a review in which the reviewer had a small complaint. He was having a problem with the TrayBar. It wouldn't go away if he didn't selected something. I had that problem my self until I found out that when the tray opens and you don't select anything you can close it by left clicking. On the pale blue bar at the very top of the main menu. I hope that helps. I would definitely recommend this program.

Nice app, but for one small annoyance
This is a nice, small-footprint program that does what it says with no fluff. The only minor annoyance I've noticed is that sometimes, if I point to the icon in the system tray, but don't select anything, the menu that appears won't go away. I had to point to the icon again, then select something, anything, and it then went away. This doesn't happen every time either, so it's really nothing to keep me from recommending the program, though it would be nice if it had an installer that created icons to start the program. Once you copy the program's files to a folder, you'll need to create your own shortcut.

This gem can easily be overlooked!
Traybar is a real gem, a magnificent Program Launcher that takes up very few resources and works flawlessly. Because it is small and Freeware, it can easily be overlooked. Once I found it, however, Traybar has been my faithful companion, eliminating the "icons circus" on my desktop. I cannot work without it anymore. My advice would be: grab it and use it before it becomes commercial!
