Snapfiles rates this as "Fair" and I agree! The program's features are disabled unless you pay the $19.99 when you click "Register". It has nine categories to file your Start Menu programs in, but if you pay for the "pro" version, you get to create your own categories. Also, there is an Explorer mode which you can arrange folders in also, but not only is it confusing, its "Create New Folder" option is disabled. Seems this is more a tease than a sincere effort to give away a program.

This nice little program very quickly organizes your start menu. Mine was practically random, and after only a few moments with the program, I have everything separated out in to a few categories. Another reviewer has compared this to "Startup Delayer" which is confusing because they both do different things. One is a start-up optimizer. Another a start menu organizer. It does what it says, so if you want to organize your start menu, give this a try.

This product simply pales in comparison with one called Startup Delayer. Simply Google 'Startup Delayer' then click on R2 Studios. I have been using their beta version for a couple of years now. It goes FAR beyond this product in allowing you to control which programs start, when they start, and in which order they appear in your tray.

This prog really takes the pain out of re-organising the Start Menu - even if you're an experienced user you don't want to wrestle with Windows. I found the pre-defined categories in the freeware version to be more than adequate - 8 categories plus one called "others".

What I don't like about this product is that it doesn't store the new folder layout in some backup file. Now you'll lose all your settings once you have to reinstall or restore your Operating System. Of course, it is possible to make a backup of the layout when you know how to do it like someone with me with experience, but most other people have no clue where to look.
