When I downloaded the freeware, I was under the impression that it had been updated this year. However, when there was nothing on my desk top, tool bar, or Start menu that indicated the freeware was there, even though after installing the freeware the program said it was ready to use immediately. When I finally found the program, I found the help instructions were for MS-95, and I could not conform the download to XP. When I When I checked the FAQ section, there was a comment from the creator of the software regarding ISPs--you get what you pay for (the cheap ones this product would not work with). I agree with his assessment of the situation--this product is worth same. I guess people who are computer wizards can work his program; but, alas, I am just an ordinary person who only learns what is necessary to make the wheel turn. I do know, however, how to push the delete button.
