For the needy geek. This app lets you keep the fans @ 100% 24/7 if needed. I do. With programs like Boinc running on my xp-home its a surefire "cold" idea.

I first tried [..] (having used it in the past), but couldn't get it working with my IBM NetVista 3607. This tool installed with no problems. It automatically detected various sensors and showed me what I wanted to see - temperature and fan speeds. It has several other features, but I didn't try them.
