Simple product that does EXACTLY what it claims to do. I found this product easier to use than many of the others I evaluated. No bells and whistles, but it does what it says it does and it does this well. The name "set-name-to-time' is perhaps a bit misleading, as it can do more than just set the name to the time. Other EXIF data and prefixes/suffixes can also be used. Every digital camera owner should have a product like this.

I wrote the first comment, and figured I d come back to say I m still LOVING the program... and the author support is the best. Recently I found a small bug, and within hours the author had written me back and informed me there was an update. I made another comment about something I wanted to see, and BAM! Another update. You can t ask for better service!! They ve earned a customer for LIFE!

I started using this program when it was freeware. After the purchase of a new digital camera and 600+ pictures over a 10-day Christmas vacation...this program was a lifesaver. Of course there are other programs that can batch rename, but this one has the unique ability to rename to the date and time (down to the second) the picture was taken! I am very stingy with my money when it comes to buying or upgrading software...but for this one there was no question. At $15, it´s a steal.
