This program should be the best one out there, because it lets you do what no other does: limit the use of both certain websites and applications to certain times. Trouble is, the scheduler doesn't block what it should, when it should, and no matter what I did, I couldn't generate a report. Tech support was useless. The CEO,who apparently doubles as the tech support, sent me e-mails two or three days after each of my requests. His messages always failed to address at least one problem I was having, and the troubleshooting routines he suggested were complicated and entirely ineffective. I wonder whether the program simply doesn't work on Vista, though the company claims it does. I've requested a refund several times, but, so far, have not even been granted the courtesy of a "no."
