Sentinel is great, I've been using it for a while now and love it. Performs well, good interface, easy to use, and very responsive developer. He added better checksum algorithms within a few days of request! It now supports MD4, MD5, & SHA-1 file hashing as well as CRC32. This is definitely $10 spent very well in todays climate of increased malware, I can't recommend it enough.
