I Love It! This little app works great! I have never used an image grabber before and this one was surprisingly easy to use for a beginner. I live on Youtube so this works perfect for me! Thank you for making this program free!

One of the first things I looked for was the prtScrn to be allowed as a hotkey, no go. This reminded me too much of another capture utility, MWsnap or something thereof. Anyway, it captured fine and saves to decent amount of formats. I did get some shut down errors when capturing here and there. I do feel the interface, while not most important, is sort of ugly and scattered and in my opinion, needs some work. I do like the fact this runs from the .exe instead of installing on the system, but when you want to reconfigure, you have to hunt it down and would be easier from the programs menu. I always give a review in hopes to improve, not to slam or hinder a software. If this can be improved, it will be an awesome capture utility.

This is a great BETA software. I have been using this for quite some time. Great response time too unlike the other freeware which take about half a second to process each screenshot. Another great thing about this is its portability (no installation required). I can't wait to see its final form. That is if its coming... Anyway, a system wide hotkey, an autosave/autoname feature, and additional image editing capabilities (at the least, the basic ones) would be really appreciated.

Seems good and opened fine but when trying to save the image as gif I got an error-then I tried saving as a Jpeg which gave me no error but saved as a Gif! Weird...

This is nearly at the top of my favorite softwares. It is incredibly useful for graphics and anything requiring a little "camera" to take "snapshots" of anything on your screen. Great for live-cam lovers who want to easily capture what they see. Fun to make animated GIFs. I belong to a whole chat group who use this program daily. Give it a try!

I don't know why the first reviewer said he has been looking for a screen cap program for a long time and still has not found it. Well I have been looking for a good screen cap program for years, and I found every function I need in ScreenRip. It is a wonderful tool and it is so easy to use. I like the options to store in different graphic formats - even in .ICO format! First reviewer, you sound really negative about this tool. But you did not even mention specifically why ScreenRip32 has not satisfied you? Mind if you letting us know what's your problem with it? So we will all not wonder if you have written a similar screen cap program yourself and the rating just wasn't good?
