Very nice
A very nice screen capture utility. I went in thinking I wouldn't like it but I did. I don't like toolbars but at least you don't have to install it, although many claim it's an awesome toolbar. Other than that, it gives you standard options, for me, that's all I want in a screen capture utility. I used to use Faststone image capture free but now they want money. I also use PicPick which is a free full editor and capture, excellent tool. If you don't want all that, then screenhunter is awesome. I feel ScreenHunter's capture is a bit faster than Picpick's, not much but some. Anyway, you can't go wrong with this. Great software.

I give it 5 stars
I used this software for years, and it is so comfortable to use. Just set what you want to capture (window, fullscreen, or area), set the hotkey and where to save images, and you just need to press the hotkey. Excellent and free!

Practical, easy to use screen capture utility
Having tested several utilities that improve (or attempt to improve) upon the limited functionality of Windows "Print Screen," this is the program I liked best. It is easy to use, has the features (and then some) that the average person needs, it doesn't consume a lot of system resources -- and it's free!. It is simple enough for a computer novice to use. Note to laptop users: If you need a Print Screen utility because you don't have the PRNT SCRN key found on the extended keyboard, this program is an excellent choice. Some screen capture utilities require the print screen key... Screenhunter lets you select an F-key of your choice, or use your mouse. Highly Recommended!

Nice
This program is easier to use than my mouse. Grabbing quality images has never been more simple. I've been using for a long time and I've yet to encounter a problem or be disappointed in it's performance. Top notch.

Easy to use, always works & great images!
I've tried a few other screenshot programs and Screenhunter is by far the easiest to use & the most dependable. Good quality images that can be saved in .jpg, .bmp, or .gif format, wherever you choose. In addition,Screenhunter does a good job of capturing small print,& since the zoom function is enabled when you open the file, finding the text you want is simple. It's never crashed or conflicted with my other graphics programs in over a year's worth of frequent use. Can't say that about the others! Thanks to the developer for such a great free program!
