Although it is very basic, yet it can create very nice text banners in SWF format. Moreover, it can also export the result as a GIF animation.

Nice program; easy to use; good selection of effects. I use it on my web pages; however, as with most shareware, I feel it would be a better buy if it were $10 cheaper.
