I took only minutes to build our first RSS feed using RSS Builder. Our feed validated as RSS 2.0 first time, although there were a couple of minor issues, none of which prevented our feed working. All three php parsers we have used handled the generated feed perfectly. Updating our feeds now only takes a minute or two. I know that you can build feeds using a text editor, but why make life hard for yourself?

With this program there is no excuse anymore to not implement RSS feeds on a website. Very easy to use, clean interface - does the job perfectly. FTP module included. Note: if you need to update .NET Framework to v.2.0, you can use the setup included with RSS Builder to get the package (dotnetfx.exe). However, it is important to (manually) download your language files (.NET Framework Version 2.0 Language Pack) as well.

All you have to do is to type in the www addresses of your pages and the feed is created automatically. The program requires version 2.0 of the .NET framework and if this is not installed it will have to be installed separately.
