Almost good enough for me
I used to use an AutoHotkey script to save me from having to wade through a bloated Start menu... except that the script is slow and sometimes failed. I tried this and it is very similar in how the script works. Unfortunately, unlike my script, QuickFind cannot define custom folders to search in (I have some programs not listed in the Start menu). Which is why I find QuickStart (somewhere in SnapFiles) more to my liking.

Deserves a careful look
It took me a while to figure out just what this well thought out program will do and how to best use it, but it was worth the time experimenting with it. To get the most out of it I finally cleaned up and reorganized my Start Menu folders, created corresponding QuickFind Favorites folders and now use QuickFind to quickly and easily locate and run programs by either a search on the name or by picking the program from a category. It would have helped if I'd known to first take a look at the Screenshots section on the website. It serves as sort of a mini-tutorial. An option to use single click would be nice. I end up clicking 3 times - once out of single-click habit, then twice more when I remember I have to double click.
