We use it to remotely administer our machines. Pskill has been helpful in ending processes that have hung up. Psservice is very useful for managing services remotely.

Tinkerers will probably pass on this collection of "arcane command line" tools. However they are very powerful and can take a load of stress off a win admins day when used intelligently. Psexec is perhaps the best of the bunch but there's something to be found in all the tools. Documentation could be a little better. Spend a little time and get to know these gems!

Very helpful if you have to start/stop services on remote computers. Can even execute programs remotely!
