This program is easy to get up and running. It's a fairly complete newletter program. To me the weakest point is the merge function. If you want to have a newletter with photos, tables etc. you have to create it in a html editor then import it into the merge function. It would be better to have the ability to make columns and add photos within this program. For purely text newsletters this program does it all. The help files are good but a little weak at times. I'm setting this up for a local business and will have to tutor the user on how to create their newletter with a webpage builder of some sort so they can produce what they want. The wizard for setting up the subscribe/unsubscribe is very slick. Overall I like it as it automates most functions. Hopefully there will be more developement with the merge function. This program would be hard to beat with some inhancement.
