Easy to use, small, free, graph. That about sums it up. Either way, you can't lose having this. I'm not new to it, but I do use it from time to time and it's always been great.

Tiny footprint and low system resource usage. This program just does traceroutes and displays a nice simple graph and line item details for each hop. Very easily understandable results.
