Having recently upgraded to Windows Vista and losing my modem-on-hold feature, a search was made to correct the problem. It seems many people are in the same predicament as there is not much support for modem-on hold in Vista. Phone Tray is the perfect solution to modem-on-hold. Beside the fact that it is compatible with Vista, it blows away any other previous modem-on-hold program that came with the modem. Phone Tray is easy to implement and feature laden. A great program to eliminate missed phone calls while using dial up service: well worth the cost.

This program is all aces as far as I'm concerned. On installation it searches for and id's the modem and a test button verifies that Phone Tray is functional. The price is very reasonable as well. No more missed calls!

Concur with everything on the previous review. Additionally all updates are free after purchase. Support response is very good. Note: I am using the beta version now which has even more features and options and no bugs! Very well written program.

I have tried all the phone answering applications out there, including call wave etc.. this is by far the best for the money. You pay one time and no more, it gives you the options to zap calls,answer with connection on hold or without. I even had it log a number while i was off the net...caller id that is. Fantastic program runs fine with winxp,and virus s/w as well as zonepro with no ill side affects.
