Saved a lot of time but it's not for newbies
I got this utility a week ago and it already saved me around 8 man hours. But this is not for newbies. If you don't know what a field is, the docs don't explain basics like that. This really needs a cheat-sheet for all the commands. I printed the manual which is around 100 pages. I wish they had a summary of everything on just 2 or 3 pages.

Your wish is granted, it seems. You are not the only person to say that POMPT needed a better Quick Reference Guide ("cheat-sheet"), so version 4.02.00 (now available) features a detailed, hyperlinking Quick Reference in the Help file. You can now look up the format and options of a command with only a click or two. It should be noted that Versions 1.00 through 3.98 were the old DOS version (known simply as "Parse-O-Matic"). Version 4.00.00 (which I assume is what you have) is the new Windows version, rewritten from the ground up. Version 4.01.00 introduced a brief Quick Reference, but admittedly it was inadequate. This problem has been rectified by Version 4.02.00.
