It is really good, but... no list backup!!!
I'm using PShlVVL and I'm satisfied enough of this software. The only thing doesn't appeal to me is the same thing I have read here below. Other users have said that there is no possibility to backup all your personal list of links and shortcut. It is sadly true! I installed PShlVVL one year ago and during this time I had to reinstall the Operating System several times, because of several crashes. Well, every time I had to enter again all my shortcuts manually, with an obvious great loss of time. Although that I keep on using PShlVVL because it is really useful...

Good but lacking
The author is to be commended for an excellent little program, sitting as an icon in the system tray, which pops up a self-authored listing of programs and folders, enabling easy access for execution. It performs well as advertised. Unfortunately, it has a glaring deficiency which severely limits its utility. On numerous occasions, the popup listing gets truncated (crashes, system burps, etc.). Since there is no evident way to save or backup the data listing of entries, this makes it necessary to laboriously re-enter the whole list one-by-one. The author should recognize an urgent need to amend this problem.

Very good... still
I use it for many, many months. But I get tired of it, because sometime, after a crash of my computer (XP), all settings in PS Hot Launch VVL get lost. There is no way (not even using registry) to save the folders and links you defined... Too bad... Every time I had to start again to rebuild my menu. In the end I drop using this software... Maybe future version will add a "Save/Load current configuration"... than I will choose it again. Is really great except this issue.

Everyone should try this.
This is a sweet program for those who use a note book and the hotkey that are built in are just not enough. Real easy to set up and use. The hardest thing is remembering all the key combos you set up but there is a tray icon so you can pull up all your hotkeyed programs up. My hats off to the author of this great little program.

Great lil proggy
I have been using PS Hot Launch for almost 5 months now. It does exactly what it is suppose to do. Make a menu easily available to your proggies, documents and also your links to webpages. The hot keys is a nice touch also. What would make it even better is to be able to change the look of the menu itself.

Handy programme!!
I have been using this for around two months now and never had a single problem! Easy to set up, configure and use. What more could you ask in a free apps, file, folder launcher? Only reason I did not give it five stars is that you cant launch web address form it. Hey! Who cares with such a great program. Highly recommended!

Good programme
I've used Fast Open Gold XP for four years, now. It refused to re-install on my new rig, so I came here to find a replacement. Not only did I find one it's better than F.O.G.! I highly recommend this launcher, easy to configure and use. Go for it!!
