I have PS Hot Folders on my workstation running Vista Ultimate 32-bit and it's great. I even have Windows key shortcuts assigned to folders, like [Windows] + J brings up my Jobs folder. It's one of the most useful (and sanity saving) utilities I have. Why can't Microsoft make software this useful? Only problem is it doesn't work at all on my 64-bit Vista laptop, and the developer told me he has no plans to support 64-bit. Maybe if enough people buy the current version, he'll update it. It's 2 years old.
