Nsauditor crashes when using auditor

NSAuditor at first seems like a nice program, but I have a network of at least 400 stations that I tried to audit. The program keeps crashing after it audits about 350 IP addresses and consequently I get no reports. The vendor was not helpful at all in resolving the problem, in fact, they didn't seem like they wanted to deal with the problem.
