Didn't see the point
I don't see the point in creating a gui for this. Another thing, many disable the messenger service, a lot of security risks involved with keeping it enabled. A while back, people were getting ads and did cleaning after cleaning, even some techs were stumped, I told them, disable the messenger service, all issues ceased. While that is a fact, it's still only my opinion whether people would or wouldn't think it's a risk, that's up to them but you won't catch me having it enabled. Specially not for net send apps, not when there are so many cool tools for this but hey, it's free I guess. All in all, my opinion, useless no offense.

Suggestion to improve
