I purchased an earlier version of NG Wave and am very impressed with it, but upon attempting to upgrade... my code will not work with any later version and I am unable to get a peep out of them by email! I have been left in the lurch and want the whole world to know it! R. Dan Park Houston, TX

Very nice product. If you have content uploaded from audio tapes, try the audio enhancement features of this software. Output is amazing. Only downside... it's a very heavy app, consumes lot of resources.

This program worked real well ( BUT )..... I sent a ( Certified ) money order to the exact place and the way they wanted it. The end result was that it finally came back undeliverable. ( What a waste of time and Money )It took days to find out I couldn't purchase it. I was using Cool Edit 2000 and it really was a worthwhile program . The Only problem was that I changed Operating Systems. ( From Windows 98SE to XP ),and it wouldn't run on XP unless I paid About $160.00 for the upgrade. It's too bad they let Adobe take it over. As Far as I'm concerned don't waste your time trying to purchase NGWave. I have full documentation.
