Too convoluted

I don't like MightyFax. It works, but it is difficult to use and to edit and manipulate faxes. Say you want to add a document from Microsoft Word as a fax page, you have to go into Word first, open the document, then print it to the Mighty Fax printer driver. Then it goes to MightyFax. If you want to add a separate document as page 2, you have to do the whole thing again, then go into MightFax and add that page from one fax to the other. I don't need this aggravation.

This is one program I regularly use (for over 6 years now) that isn't freeware. I haven't found a freeware alternative that works as well as MightyFax. When someone asks about what FAX program to use, I always recommend MightyFax. Simply put, there is nothing out there that compares to it in terms of support, features, and ease of use. Many FAX programs have come and went, but MightyFax is still going and for good reason.

Easy to use, good instructions and intuitive interface. I was dreading setting up another coms package but this is easy to use and worked without a hitch.

I have used this program at home for several years now and it beats those higher priced fax programs, both in ease of use and price. I have used other programs at different places of employment and this program beats them all.

I first tried this program 2 years ago with an old Win95 machine. I didn't even know if it had a fax modem; well, it worked perfectly! No configuration was necessary! I immediately purchased it! Mighty Fax has had an extensive face lift and is very pleasing to the eye, does NOT hog system resources and is very simply to use yet highly effective! I love the cover sheet designer! You'll love this program!

Program, in my opinion, is terrible. It doesn't work with a Modem! UNrecommended for others! Don't waste your time with it.

Good program: peculiar customer service

This is an easy-to-use fax program. Very nice for the price. But a contact with customer service elicited a strange hostile response. A high-strung artistic temperament, no doubt. Fortunately, this fine program probably won't require you to contact their support.
