Have used this program for about two years now. The program itself (setup)is very complex. This is due to the numerous setup configurations and options,there are hundreds of them! Once everything is set the program is excellent during market sessions (almost real time data) which is really what the program is designed for. The program does take up alot of system resources but is very stable. Support is excellent. Updates are handled very well.However you yourself have to determine what gets updated. If you want to watch a few stocks then this program is NOT for you. However if your going to monitor/research several (20-1000+),then you will like this program.
