Norton commander clone
While this file manager is a recommended file manager. This file manager lacks a lot, and is very cumbersome to configure. It's sorting feature is a major example. Though I haven't used it, since 98. This is the same version, that I had. When I first got it, I thought it was an excellent program, well sorry guys, you lost a vote.

Good but no support and further development
It is a great replacement of windos explorer and works just fine. It has a few minor bugs and I really LOVE to use it. What only disturbs me is that there seems to be no further development. Even the bugs I have reported almost a year ago have not been fixed (I don't know why they have this internet update feature builtin to their product, if they don't provide updates). Still, it works nicely and has most features I need.
