Life saver!
I downloaded this program to do a series of mouse clicks and keyboard strokes in a particular program 336 times. It worked very well and was easy to use. Downloading and using this program saved me hours and hours!

Excellent macro plus its free
This application is great, once you figure out how to use it its a blast, I usually set my macros to perform via CTRL+ / and other non-alphabet keys. Thanks to the creator of this wonderful program!

Excellent utility
I had to reformat my work computer. After restoring my e-mail in Outlook, I had to go through and fix all the rules. They were all set to only run on my OS install before. Using a series of keyboard shortcuts, I was able to figure out a way to fix that problem. From there, I got MacroMaker and built a custom macro. Once I hit the hotkey, all I had to do was sit and wait on Outlook to process all those keystrokes. It took me a matter of minutes to correct 253 rules whereas clicking or even doing it manually would have taken much, MUCH longer. Even though I'm finished with the program for now, I don't think I'll be uninstalling it in the foreseeable future.

1st program I install on every new computer
Some of the features of this program take a little while to get the hang of, but the ability it gives you to create simple macros VERY easily far outweighs that. I mostly use the HotKey Macros and Word/Phrase Macros to type long bits of code and other information that I use daily. Has a menu to insert many common keyboard, window, clipboard, and system functions.

Not that all...
Its a good program, but not the best. As a freeware i would say Fair. I didn't find much easy to add IF and ELSE functions on my macros! There is no option to add a Pause/Stop button after a macro started! If the option exist, then its not easy to find.

Totally awesome!
I've heard of macros but didn't know what uses the were for until I tried macromaker, and this is a really neat program, it can watch the mouse and keyboard, and then it can playback everything, and saved the macros then can be assigned hotkeys, schedules, even phrase words! to start playback if you use the record function on the right side first (recordings), and then go to the left side (macros) and assign a key, or functions, playback recording for the recording u did, it will make things alot easier to figure out, one thing though if you move a window that was recorded just a bit, the macro will do everything anyways, no matter where the windows has moved, so i've found some of my icons reranged, and a whole bunch of tabs in firefox that were open, besides that, it can be very useful for multiple operations, and it can be played as a prank as well:) this awesome! its free!

Very usefull
I use this program to fill in usernames and passwords for like, Yahoo and stuff. Also, it can be used for cheating on games where you need to press "Enter" and type the code then press "Enter" again. This program makes it easy to automate just about anything into hotkeys.

Macro maker...
I become a member of snapfiles.com for this very file, Macro Maker. It not only impressed me, I was astounded that it was free. I was using some so called professional schedule software that actually cost money and it was nothing compared to this. I now have my many tasks automated by Macro Maker and my scheduled tasks popping up in front of me. I have always been in need of a great scheduler that I did not have to pay big money for. This is definitely for me. I know there is a saying, "Never look a gift horse in the mouth", but I must say that I would have paid money for this software. And if the author wishes, (snapfiles.com can give my email address to the author) I will gladly send a donation to his/her cause. Thank You for this brilliant software and Thank You again for making it free. There is not many of you out there that code well, let alone charge nothing anymore, due to loving your work. dessnr.

Excellent software tool
I've used MacroMaker since early 2002 and it has performed flawlessly the whole time. I find myself repeating small actions while I'm doing software development or doing general Windows work and MacroMaker is a huge aid in getting these things done without constantly rekeying commands or mouse actions. Very high quality, reliable, and simple. Highly recommended for recording and playing back keystrokes and/or mouse movements and actions.

Very powerful, but....
Very interesting concept and, it seems to me, rather unique. An option to export macros in the form of .exe file would for sure make of the program a mighty tool. But I really cannot see its purpose for a home user as I am. Apart from seating back and looking astonished how the little thing have recorded every single move of the mouse. In general Windows seems to me not to be playground for macros. Maybe some examples about its use could be given at the homepage. Definitely the application for either the people who make a lot of repeated, routine moves during the day or those who are automatisation lovers.
