Ever since trying out IsoBuster, I feel at ease with my CD/DVD collection because I know that there's professional help I can count on whenever my digital life is "scratched". Though I'm careful when handling my CDs and DVDs and thus I've been forced to use IsoBuster on a few occasions, I've found the purchase of the product a worthy deal.

Only needed it once (so far) but it more than paid for itself when I was able to recover photos I had on a damaged CD-R. Excellent tool and well worth the registration price.

Isobuster can retrieve files from your Scratched and unreadable CD/DVD. It is stated as shareware here, but actually it can be used for free with some limitation such as non UDF support etc. Well, but it will save you, it is really worth to pay, it is cheap. try it.
