I've been using it for a year, and it's been terrific. So much so that I rely on it. Recently, availability has been a problem. Twice in two weeks, I haven't been able to log onto my work system. Of course, this is after hours, and there is no after hours support. Great product, in every way. They seem to have operational problems recently (I'm not switching yet). And it's frustrating that at the times when I need customer support (off hours, no surprise), it isn't available.
