I have used HB for many years. It was good in its day but that day is long gone. It does not back up to DVD and it does not do incremental backup to CDR. When I asked them about the likelihood of these omissions being fixed, they referred me to another product. Enough said!

I use this with all my customers. You set it up and run over nite. Great Stuff. It will alert you of problems. Good for customers who just wont run backups.

It slows the system

The indexing of catalogue differences is so resource consuming that the system is left with almost no resources for other operations- you click and wait ages before something happens; anyway, I would not want this program in my computer even for free

1. Which Windows OS are you using? 2. What exectly are you doing? (Backup, refresh, etc.) 3. What is your storage type? (Single ZIP, multiple ZIP, encrypted, etc.) 4. Where do you store backup files? (CD, LAN, FTP) 5. How many files are included in the backup set?
