Small in size,relatively easy on the system resources,logical layout,easy to install and compact interface. Voice quality is good to excellent. The program itself seems very stable. And connection stability while talking is good to excellent.

Google comes another time with a beta version, but as usual, a great software and a great internet service. Google Talk is fast, secure and completely different : simple but good interface, no ads, no spy, no annoyances of all kind. Just Talk, communicate easily and efficiently, messages, voice, etc. Log with your Google e-mail account, download it and enjoy. Receive e-mail notifications, etc. Manage your Gmail space, etc. Well, a Google tool you must have. The Google talk community is growing and plug-ins are now available by dozen : skins, transparency feature, auto-answering capabilities and many more. The ultimate messenging soft and service for fun or prof. use. You just have to be a Gmail registered user, this is the only little problem, no possibilities to browse and search in a users directory. Beyond this restriction, that's perfect.

I love Google Talk, it has excellent voice quality, for pc2pc and chat it is the best. Now you can also talk and see the person on Google Talk, there is a plugin for Google Talk, Festoon, it works wonderful with Google Talk. Just try it.

It works really great, easy to use. It is a very simple and light weight tool(don't consumes much system resources). I wish I can make even conference calls in next versions...

I like Google Talk. The interface is clean and simple to use. It integrates with my gmail and my Google desktop with ease. You might notice i like Google products. Thats the thing really. Part of the reason I like it already could be because I the way Google works and I want the company to keep making these great free products. Wither you like Google or not, this is worth a look. If you already use Skype then it might seem a little pointless, but its free and fun, so why not give it a try.

I tried Google talk beta a few weeks ago. It is a lot smaller than skype and it does what is supposed to.
