With v.6.1 recently installed on my system, thought it high time I wrote a positive review for this exceptionally good DLM. I have used GetRight since 02/03 and have never been anything other than extremely pleased with my purchase. GetRight has never been anything other than consistently reliable on capturing and downloading files. In my opinion, this is a totally professional program in terms of GUI appearance and execution. The most recent version is really polished. In fact, I fear I probably do not do justice to the enormous range and complexity of options on this program. In my experience, I have never experienced anything other than 100 per cent support for this program on the very rare occasions I have required assistance and on the last occasion the developer corresponded with me directly and 'bent over backwards' to help me resolve the issue. Thank you, Michael and all at 'Headlight' for a superb program and its ongoing development! ;-)

Have been using Getright for at least 4 - 5 years and started with Windows 98 and went during the years up to Windows XP Pro and have so far never replaced it for any other Download program although almost all of the so called "Best" Downloaders have been tried out but I always came back to Getright. Support is 100% and have always gotten a reply back withing 48 hours from their Support Department. Keep-up the nice work on your Getright Program folks. I Love It.

I bought the Reget Pro package for $9.95. It's OK with a few inconveniences but worked well enough. I thought maybe Deluxe would be an improvement, so I deleted Pro, but except for packaging, it worked the same. When the free trial was up, I tried reinstalling Pro. Error after error message. I sent many E-letters to Reget but get no replies. Beware!

With a name like "GetRight", you'd think the developers would Get IT Right, but you'd be wrong. This poorly written (but very nice interface) program did not speed up downloads at all, no matter what settings I used. I tried this program, and right away installed another program, and nothing I did to GetRight improved download performance at all, while the other one jumped right in with little or no tweaking and zoomed those same downloads. The help file offered no help, and contacting support was a waste of keystrokes. Maybe there is just something about my system this app didn't like, but I doubt it. This program is just as good as any other if you just want to track what you've downloaded, but if you want acceleration, there is another, far better one than this (not mentioning names, but the initials are I D M). And the biggest joke of all is not the ineptness of this app, but the price!
