I purchased this software. When in need of help, the response was obviously written by someone with limited knowledge of English. Replies were irrelevant to the questions asked. Finally, I wrote to say that I would just have to help myself, it seemed, but in the event of not being successful, could I have my money refunded. This met with a dead silence!
