Crashed my system
In a heavy used system with only 512 MB of memory Fast Defrag tries very (maybe too) hard to balance between memory and cache. It frees lots of mem on its fly indeed, but it panicked and lost its balance completely when a very large file was zipped for backup. It crashed my system. I had to look for a reset button to reclaim the system, repair the damage and take Fast Defrag off-line for ever.

Fast defrag v2.29
Stick with previous versions. This latest version contains a nag to upgrade to the paid version everytime you open it. There are no real noticeable improvements from v2.25.96 which doesn't have the nag.

It was using up too much cpu time
My machine XP was running slow after I installed this and faster the moment I took it out. It's gone from my machine now.

May be used
I have tried Fast Defrag Standard too with my XP. But it defragments i.e frees memory acutely than any other programs. After it defragments the free RAM level goes very high. Not sure about whether it is good for RAM or not for longer run. The interface also not so looking good. May be used.
