Too many problems
My experience has been that the program has too many ongoing glitches that make the whole program return zero results for my particular use. Continued promises to fix do not materialize for weeks. Support is poor. When the program does work it is slow. My experience is that nearly all the time there is an ongoing, or new. problem, which does not get fixed. Communication from sellers site and support is extremely poor, with nothing but promises and little else. I have given up paying a monthly fee for a program I cannot use. My advise, find an alternative.

Response by software author
The user was concerned with one small area of the program. After a major release, the software did not work perfectly in that one area. It was fixed, user was contacted often to appraise him of the development. Although we endeavor to fix any bugs as quickly as possible, obviously for some members, "immediately" isn t soon enough. Product is excellent, getting rave reviews daily and is 1/2 the price of the competition. We re making money for a LOT of our members, so its easy to see why the application is so popular.

Excellent software
Its like 5 tools in one. Several tools to "find" the domains, then multiple filter options including a website scraper to dig down into a website for domain lists, link popularity, bulk whois lookup, and a management tool. I use the GOLD membership which gives me realtime domain lists. Thumbs up!
