Pointless.
First off, there's a reason programs no longer use Esc as a Close shortcut: It's easy to accidentally press it and lose your work. Second, this can be done with about 5 minutes of coding. Third, Alt+F4 does exactly the same thing, but eliminates the possibility of being pressed accidentally. What would make this program more useful is the addition of Minimize, Maximize, Minimize All, Maximize All, and Close All options, with user-defineable hotkeys.

Crap!
The program sucks! You get essentially only the option to CLOSE windows. You have to pay $15 for the more useful minimize, otherwise you've got to constantly go through TWICE the number of keystrokes to reopen everything if you're working with multiple windows. And what's worse the minimize you DO get requires two or three keystrokes when you could navigate there just as well. There is no interface at all really, you have to figure out this cryptic context menu that pops up with the icon by using the associated html file. When you uninstall it, they actually ask you why you're dumping it... You could write your own utility to do the same thing better in one afternoon with about three days experience with Visual Studio. hope they didn't take yo money!
