This is the best that I have tried. I have been through the whole page of free FTP servers and this is the one that seem to give me the most functionality. I like and I recommend to others to use. Don't spend time searching all over the internet for a good server when you can just download this one. The cost for this is only... FREE!!!

What can I say? If you require secure file transfer you can not do better than this! The freeware version is limited to five users which works well for me. This is one of the best pieces of software I have ever used.

With the exception of the 5 concurrent user limit nothing is missing here. Outstanding interface. Easy to understand and use. Encryption, like everything else about this is easy to invoke/revoke. Giving account access to multiple, non-nested assets presents a challenge. This is an outstanding piece of software.

I am Systems Engineer. I needed a small tool that would let me send/receive data to and from my home office. Found it. Did I also mention that it is secure. Great Job Lester.

Excellent program with a nice interface and even if you don't use the encryption it makes a terrific ftp manager. I've noticed a lot of these type of programs tend to over-complicate things but not EFTP, no adware or pop-ups, just a darned good FTP Client/Server. Highly recommended

Blows away the alternatives

There are various options for securing your FTP, but I have yet to find any that make it as easy as this. Interface is intuitive, great features for security, and great support- I have posted bugs and Lester fixed them the next day! One drawback (hopefully only temporarily) is that I have not been able to get a Linux client to work with the server in encrypted mode yet. Also, sadly, the free version is limited to 5 connections, but still works very well for home or small traffic users.
