Job done
Another piece of software which is written for one purpose and does it perfectly. If you want to use Firefox etc but don't want to explain why the buttons look different to each user then grab this now.

Default "default browser" program
Recently started using Firefox. Even though I set Firefox as default browser, while clicking on the links from few applications or mails, I saw it only loads on the old default browser. Found "Default browser" and it solved that problem. Surely have to have this "Default Browser" program when you have more than one browser installed.

Brilliant!
I've been wanting something like this for about a year! Finally I can use Mozilla Firefox as default, while another user can use Opera as default! Finally browser clashing is over! Thanx Ramesh!

Great little program.
I have been looking for a program to do this since switching to Windows XP. My only complain is that the browsers listed are odd choices. For example, Avant Browser is much more widely known than GreenBrowser. And there are no menu choices for any of the Mozilla based browsers, only IE shells. The user has to navigate to the Mozilla/Firefox EXE file instead. Surely Firefox has more users than GreenBrowser. It seems to me that a better solution would be for the program to check for installed browsers and only list the ones the user has installed. This would elimination any confusion the user may have. The companion program, DefaultMail does this. Lastly, I think this program and the companion program, DefaultMail, should be combined into one application.
