How is possible to pay 50 bucks for a software that creates a login page that anyone with a minimum of knowledge of sql injection can swindle and so enter inside like an administrator?

Response by software author 
The SQL injection issue was resolved shortly after this submission and was something that many sites were being exploited with at the time.
