I love this little program. It's simple and it works. It gives me both hexadecimal and RGB stats. I use it a lot. Just click the eyedropper icon and click somewhere on your screen.

I do more graphic editing than I want to admit to, and trying to match colors to a specific area can be one royal pain. This little gem does it all. I highly recommend this little tool to anyone who matches colors and wants it perfect.
