After a year's use this application is only about 90% effective with identifying spam. The remaining 10% is divided between missed spam and valid email flagged as spam. You must regularly check spam folder for valid emails. Also, license renewal policies are automatic with notification after the fact. If you then choose to cancel your license you must wait a full year to do so, Cloudmark will not cancel and apply a credit so beware. This automatic renewal occurs even before your current license expires but you still cannot cancel! Go elsewhere, there are much better products available and they come without Cloudmark customer service hassles!
