I accidentally cracked the installation CD for my Sony Clie, and as it turns out, the only way to get the Palm Desktop software is to order (purchase) a new CD, as Sony does not let people download their Desktop software from the Internet. I tried CDRoller, not too certain that it would work, as the CD actually had a physical crack (not just a scratch). Surprisingly CDRoller was able to fully recover the CD and created a new ISO image, ready for me to burn. Worked like a charm!
