This product crashes for no reason and tech supports answer is the reinstall the program. I had trouble using one of their own templates and tech support said "it does not work very well with those" ALSO it is of no value until you "subscribe" to additional features-

Contact list import from Excel did not work at all. Brezosoft tech support gave up after several emails. Company agreed to a refund but then ceased all communication. Obviously refund never happened.
