I have to stay this software is buggy when used with a dial up connection. Not sure about direct access feature. The software is very unclear about start-up when starting windows. Sometimes it would start on its own and others I would have to preform a manual start. The software would dial a connection and attempt a transfer. Sometime it would disconnect and other times it would lock and not be able to transfer without a restart. Much too buggy for my application. One other little bit - the program will run another program when a transfer is run. If a transfer is skipped it will still run the program. Would be nice to have the option to only execute if a transfer takes place
