I put this utility on my task scheduler twice a week at 3 am and my computer stays running fast. Great for defragmenting vmware images.

AutoDeFrag is top shelf. It runs on 6 pc's and keep my disks from getting out of control without my having to worry about if it worked or not. The pc's dont slow down like they used to and I dont have to waste time defragging them manually, best of all its free. GET IT NOW.
