Slow and not much mo
Yeah, I agree with the previous reviewer, this app is slow. Works fine as long as you have rights to the remote machine, just feels heavy and groggy. I did not try it on a machine which has no admin password set, but did try it via a dynamic ip domain name and it would not connect through the router. Maybe some ports it uses which I did not forward. But using UltraVNC has been a standard for me for years, it is simple port 5900 and it's extremely fast. This one also would not allow me to transfer a file via the clipboard buttons, where UltraVCN automatically transfers clipboard data (text, etc) and also has a file transfer action. Oh and the whole FREE thing puts UltraVNC to the top for me.

Good but...
It has great potential to become a no 1 choice tool for helpdesk personnel. But one major hurdle, it is slow. I find VNC-like sofware to have edge over its performance, but the idea of not having to install anything on remote end is an excellent feature.

Great if it works
The product is great if you can get it to work. The support is the worst I have ever come across. Bordering on unhelpful. I will never buy a product from this company
